Be honest. How crazy is Picture Day going to be?
Picture Day is never a normal day, but it doesn't have to feel chaotic. We bring a photographer and an assistant, keep the line moving, and handle parent questions.
What about shy kids, or kids having a hard day?
We slow down, connect first, and never force a smile. Some of our favorite photos come after a silly sound or a quiet minute.
Does Picture Day cost our school anything?
No. Families order directly from us, and your school never collects or handles money.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes per class. We build the schedule around your day, naps included.
Can parents see the backdrop before Picture Day?
Yes. About a month before Picture Day, your director chooses the program's backdrop, and we send a flyer to post on social media or send home so families can plan outfits accordingly.
What should the kids wear?
Simple patterns or solid-colored clothing works best. We recommend avoiding busy prints or large graphics that can distract from a great portrait.
Do parents have to pre-pay for a package?
No. All orders are placed after parents see the photos in their online gallery, with the option to purchase advance credit to be used toward their order for free shipping.
When is the gallery ready to view and order?
Approximately 10 to 14 days after Picture Day, delivered straight to parents' email.
Do parents get more than one photo to choose from?
Yes. Usually 5 to 15 images per child, though camera-shy kiddos may have a few less. Prints and novelty items ship directly to the family's home. Digital images arrive by email right away.
How do you protect our families' photos and data?
Every family gets a private, password-protected gallery. We never sell or share family data.
